Squid Clinic
No dancing but lot's of jigging! Come and learn all about Squid - what type we catch off Busselton Jetty, how quickly they grow and how long they live. After learning a bit about Squid it's time to hit the jetty and try your hand at catching a squid or two. No need to bring a rod or hand line - we will have some rigged and ready to cast out! Don't worry if you don't catch one tonight - you will be armed with enough information to come back another night to try your luck. Our team will then teach you what to do when you have snagged your first squid - don't get inked! Cleaning and preparing your catch is all part of our clinic then join us at one of our local foreshore restaurants to see how squid is cooked - Yes you can have a taste!
Places are limited to 20 per session so ensure you register - the earliest time slot will be left for children aged under 10 years of age.
